The ordinary double-acting cylinder is generally composed of cylinder cylinder, front and rear cylinder head, piston, piston rod, seals and fasteners and other parts. The cylinder is fastened and locked by 4 pull rods and nuts between the front and rear cylinder heads. The cylinder is provided with a piston connected with the piston rod, and a piston sealing ring is arranged on the piston. In order to prevent the invasion of air leakage and external dust, the front cylinder head is equipped with a sealing ring of the piston rod and a dust ring. The double-acting cylinder is divided by the piston into a rod-cavity (head or front) and a rod-free cavity (tail or rear).
A manutenção do cilindro
1. Após o uso normal do cilindro, é necessário verificar a condição de trabalho do filtro de água e a névoa de óleo no sistema com frequência, adicione água e combustível imediatamente e aplique graxa à parte deslizante do cilindro por 6 meses sem suprimento de óleo .
2. O único tipo de cauda e ouvido dupla ou o cilindro do giro do meio deve ser regularmente lubrificado no assento da cauda ou no local do balanço .
3, o cilindro no uso do processo deve ser regularmente verificar as partes do cilindro, prestar atenção à conexão de cada parte está solta . não há vazamento de vedações de cilindros e reparar os problemas a tempo para evitar acidentes .
